Located in Port Arthur, its southern location takes advantage of the cool, moist maritime environment which provides perfect conditions for whisky making. The distillery uses its own abundant clear spring water, which flows off Mount Arthur directly into the distillery, and which becomes the heart of the developing spirit. We specialise in hand-made single malt Tasmanian whisky and other high quality spirits like Gin and Vodka, and take pride in our range of products. Tastings 7 days a week from 10am till 4pm.
